Machine Operators
Adecco Staffing is working with a client in the greater Keene, NH area who is looking for additional Machine Operators on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift. This is a temp to hire position with no prior experience needed.

2nd shift:
Monday-Friday 3:

00pm3rd Shift:
Monday-Thursday 8:
30pm-6:
30am
Pay:
1st Shift:
$18.00/hr
2nd Shift:
$19.62/hr3rd Shift:
$20.00/hr.
Job Purpose:
To efficiently operate machines within the injection and blow molding departments
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Load and operate fast paced machinery
Maintains standard productivity
Maintains standard shift paperwork
Visually inspect and package products for conformance to quality standards
Meet production/productivity goals
Read job books and follow contents in order to achieve determined results
Able to communicate with others and/or interact with others in a supportive, responsive, and respectful manner
Work safely and maintain a safe and clean work area.
Perform any other assigned tasks as delegated by group leader or supervisor/manager.
Qualifications:
Must be of 18 years of age or older
High School diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience
Able to read, understand and follow instructions, company procedures and standards is required
Able to complete duties with attention to detail and accuracy
Able to get along with others and work well in a team environment
Good manual dexterity is required
Reliable and consistent attendance is required.
Must be able to work overtime as needed
Able to work with minimum supervision.
